A green runner is the small intestine of a pig. We source the meat by-product from our own slaughterhouses and processing facilities. It is thoroughly washed and then stored in our shock-freezing containers to ensure long-term freshness. Each green runner weighs up to 1,6 kg and has a length of up to 18 m. Additionally, we pack the pork by-product in up to 15 kg (catch weight) packages.
